The power of the mind is not to be underestimated; for thousands of years there have been remarkable stories of men and woman overcoming odds beyond human understanding and achieving things beyond human convention. Coupled with the ability to visually see in your minds eye the weight you wish to be and the look you wish to achieve will help to bring this reality into conception, for this is just a part of the universal law of attraction.
